What should I do if my Southwest State Bank VISA® CheckCard has been lost or stolen?
To report your lost or stolen Southwest State Bank VISA® CheckCard you may:
- call Southwest State Bank between the hours of 8am-5:30pm (CST) M-F at (580) 393-4367
- or call the Accel/Exchange network 24 hours a day 7 days a week outside of the bank’s hours at (800)472-0866
